3.1 New "Work Center Configuration" Function

Upgraded the product process module and added a work center configuration function to accurately manage the resource allocation, production schedule, and site arrangement of each production and processing unit; Aim to improve the accuracy of production scheduling, ensure efficient use of resources, enhance planning flexibility, optimize space utilization, and significantly improve production management efficiency.

3.2 Optimization of "Process Path Setting" Function

To enhance the intuitiveness and convenience of process path settings, an upgrade has been made to this feature, adding options for creating process paths and associating them with work centers. At the same time, field naming has been simplified and clear prompt information has been added, effectively reducing the learning difficulty for users and greatly improving the efficiency of path setting.

3.3 Optimization of "Production Order Management" Function

In order to meet the needs of multi variety and small batch production, the production order management function has been optimized to enhance the flexibility of the creation and distribution process. By adding a system interface, similar products have been merged and scheduled for distribution, significantly reducing the frequency and time of machine and line adjustments, reducing equipment downtime, improving production efficiency, and flexibly responding to diverse market demands.
